These are meant to be biscuits, but I love the stodgy-ness of the thicker cut.
150g plain flour
A splash of milk
Super simple recipe this - rub the butter into all the dry ingredients then add in the milk a little at a time until it forms a ball.
Roll out to the thickness you'd prefer, cut out and pop in the oven at 180 celcius for about 20 minutes (the thicker the cut, the longer time needed).
Thicker the better!
